We will only reschedule sessions due to rain.

Sessions are held every Saturday for only $50!

Due to spring baseball season schedules, all workouts will be held on Saturdays at the times listed on the flyer.

Please check any/all commitments prior to booking a slot.

This is a weekly class that will fill very fast, so registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

During registration, you simply select the dates you’d like to register for, choose a payment preference and submit a $1 payment to lock in your booking.

The card you use to submit your $1 payment will be charged the day of your schedule workout.
